We believe that physical training transforms not just your body but also your mind. And we believe that physical training transforms your mind in ways that nothing else can. When we train, we develop not only strength, speed, agility and endurance but also confidence, resilience, tenacity, grit, patience, and mental stretch. So we approach physical challenges with these goals in mind. 

Our first challenge will be announced soon. If you join us, the challenge WILL stretch you. It WILL change you. Because when you have done an impossible thing, you know--you know when your hands hit the mat, when your shoes hit the pavement, when your hands grip the weight, when the sweat beads on your skin--you know that taking down the impossible thing is part of your everyday stuff.
